Shipping Policy
Mamba ships only to the United States.
Products ship out within 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Due to the nature of our products, we are an essential business and affected by COVID-19, therefore delays are possible when processing your order. Shipping delays are also possible from both USPS and FedEx as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. All orders placed on Friday evening thru Sunday will process on Wednesday.
We use a variety of shipping carriers. We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders placed will generally arrive within the carrier's time frame, however, we will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Shipping and Handling Time
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM (PST) shipped out the next business day. We ship from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are estimates.
FedEx® Pak: 2-3 business days. (fastest delivery option)
First Class Mail: Varies depending on location (2-7 business days only after order processing time)
Priority Mail: Varies depending on location (1-3 business days only after order processing time)
Free Shipping for DOMESTIC orders of $100 or more. (After discounts and before taxes) We ship either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays via email or the phone number you provide us during checkout.
We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or any USPS holidays. Orders received after 10:00 AM PST Friday thru Sunday ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package as late as 7 or 8 PM PST.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed before 9 AM (PST) will deliver on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

If we are unable to verify your age, we may contact you for further verification or ship your order with adult signature required service. Adult signature shipments need an adult 21 years of age with a government-issued ID to sign for the package.
